- We try to ship all orders placed during the week within 24 hours, exclusive of holidays. If you place your order on the weekend, it will most likely ship out on the following Monday.

- If you are unhappy with the product, you may return the unused portion for a full refund within 7 (seven) days of receiving the shipment.

- Viewing Orders
- You may login and view your current and past orders from the "my account" page. Currently, you are not able to view tracking numbers on our site. You will receive an email with your tracking number from customerservice@fertilskin.com.
- Updating Account Information
- You may login at any time to update your account information. There may be rare occurrences when our server is down in the middle of the night to update the system, though that should only occur once or twice per year.
